Dr. Jihad Dghaim

Dr. Jihad Dghaim is a dentist, oral surgeon in Sofia. He graduated the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of Sofia in 1985. In 1992. dr. Jihad Dghaim acquired the specialty oral surgery.

His interests are mainly focused on oral surgery, periodontology, and endodontics.

After graduation, he practiced in various private practices in Bulgaria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Great Britain.

In his experience as an oral surgeon, he performs manipulations such as extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, placement of a bone substitute, sinus lift, as well as placement of implants.

As a general dentist, he also performs manipulations in therapeutic dentistry such as caries treatment and endodontic treatment.

In 1989 – 1992 dr. Jihad Dghaim got postgraduate qualification in Oral Surgery:

Faculty of Dentistry of the Higher Medical Institute in Sofia.

• 1 year in traumatology. comprising 2 exams with 2 certificates.
• 1 year in the Infection Control department, including 2 exams with 2 certificates.
• 1 year in Oncology. comprising 2 exams with 2 certificates.

1990 – 1992 he participated in research dealing with new methods of maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Dghaim continues to attend various conventions and seminars and courses.

A member of the Bulgarian Dental Union.
